As Head Brewer, Jeb shows strong attention to detail especially when brewing and cleaning. He is wise, loves to talk shop and is always sharing his beer knowledge.
Jeb was hired as Jeremy’s first brewer at Knee Deep Brewing in 2011 after he presented Jeremy with a goodie bag that contained a resume, a couple of CDs from Jeb’s band and a bottle of his homebrew. Jeb is combining his talents once again with Jeremy to create mind blowing hop forward, barrel-aged and sour ales at Revision Brewing Company. The combination of impeccable hoppy and sour beer at Russian River Brewing set him on the Path of Brewing. Also known as Cool Breeze and Kung Fu Brew, Jeb is a groovy dude with a seventies vernacular, loves funk and Phish and also plays the bass guitar. He is father of two crazy, awesome girls and he likes to recharge in the Sierras with his family. Jeb also secretly worships Frank Sinatra. Feels good, good, good about Hood.

Darla is an outgoing free spirit who is successful at setting goals and delivering results. She is quick witted and helps bring the team’s ideas into visual form.
In her current role for Revision Brewing Company, she specializes in account management, sales, PR and marketing communications. Darla grew up in Northern Nevada and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has experience in all tiers of the beer industry: supplier, distributor, retailer and marketer. She got her start in the industry in 2008 with client, Miller Brewing Company at TEAM Enterprises, a national experiential agency. Since then she has worked as a Distributor Key Accounts Manager in Reno, Nevada and for MillerCoors in Downstate Oregon. Darla is still humored by the first time she met Jeremy. While working as a Distributor Key Accounts Manager in Reno she pitched a new brewery’s beers at an account that Jeremy was working at. He said, “That’s good, but you’ve got to try this,”, as he pulled out a growler of his homebrew and proceeded to hijack the tasting. Outside of Darla’s passion for beer, she keeps busy with her spontaneous adventures, world travel, and creating art.
Ken is a highly competitive, fact driven thinker that loves a challenge. He oversees the brewery’s distribution network and is the team’s go to for analyzing data.
Ken Foster was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. He served in the United States Marine Corps and oversaw the ballistic computations for a six-gun artillery unit. After eight years of service he returned to Reno to pursue a career as a Firefighter. By chance Ken met Jeremy Warren at a house party where Jeremy was pouring his homebrew version of Knee Deep’s now famous Tanilla Porter. Ken immediately knew that he wanted to be involved in the beer industry. He helped Jeremy brew some of the first commercial batches of Knee Deep beers. He then went on to represent numerous breweries throughout California. In July of 2015 Jeremy contacted Ken and told him about his new project and Ken was on board one-hundred percent. Ken has a love of numbers, an analytical mindset and an assertive communication style, but he also a soft spot for animals.
