When harvesting coffee cherries, it’s important not to damage the woody evergreens on which they grow—a gentle “tickle” is all it takes to shake them loose. The base of this rich imperial stout is laden with notes of espresso and dark chocolate then taken to the next level with a blend of expertly-roasted Guatemalan and Sumatran coffee beans.
